In 2024, the Château de Bastet announces the launch of its "BRASSERIE EN TERRE OCCITANE". A bold project that builds on the passion and innovation that have always marked the history of this family-owned property. The BASTY beer, brewed with spring water from the castle, was thus born at the beginning of June 2024.
On sale at the castle, from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
La Brasserie is a new adventure for the Château de Bastet. Brewed by a passion for organic farming and artisanal know-how, our organic craft brewery settles in the old buildings of the 18th century farm. The beers produced here will be crafted with the same care and rigor as the estate’s wines, incorporating local ingredients and environmentally friendly brewing methods.
The launch of the Brasserie Basty marks a new page in the history of the Château de Bastet, a rich history of more than three centuries. This diversification reflects the commitment of Julie Aubert and her husband, Nicolas Richarme, to perpetuate the family heritage while innovating. By introducing the production of craft beers, they strengthen the reputation of the estate, while offering lovers of good things a new reason to celebrate this exceptional terroir.

The Blonde "B as... Brilliant"
